Former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia attended a one-week tribute event in Kumasi to honor the legacy of late businessman and media mogul Kessben. The event, held in the city, brought together community members and leaders to pay respects and celebrate Kessben’s contributions to local business and media.

Bawumia’s participation highlighted the ongoing recognition of Kessben’s influence in Ghana’s media and economic sectors. The tribute included speeches and activities aimed at preserving Kessben’s legacy for future generations.

In a separate visit, Bawumia also met with Asantehemaa Nana Yaa Akyaa II at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi. The meeting was part of his efforts to engage with traditional leaders and seek support for his political vision.
